Josh Rourke
Principal / Senior Designer

Bethel, CT native Josh Rourke attended the University of Virginia School of Architecture and began his career in Washington, D.C. A move to Jackson Hole, Wyoming inspired Josh to shift his focus to high-end residential design. While subsequent adventures took him to Ireland and New York City for extended visits during which he freelanced with local architects and builders, it wasn’t until he moved to Vermont that he felt inspired to put roots down. After working independently for a few years, he teamed up with Lisa to establish ID3 Designs. Examples of his work can be seen throughout the Okemo Valley and surrounding towns as he continues to work with clients and builders to bring their projects to life.
